ListSift support

Email support@jaktplugg.se. Include the Chrome version, the page type, the step that failed, and the exact error text. Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, private page text, or sensitive screenshots.

The page cannot be selected

Use a regular webpage with a DOM-backed list, table, or simple sibling card grid. Chrome settings, Chrome Web Store pages, PDFs, canvas content, shadow DOM, cross-origin frames, virtualized feeds, and irregular nested layouts are unsupported. Refresh the page and choose the items again after navigation or large page changes.

Expected items are missing

Click Undo immediately. Open View selected items and inspect the extracted text. Missing or ambiguous numeric values should remain unsure, but literal and AI filters can still exclude an item that does not match the available text. Report a reproducible public example without personal data.

AI filtering does not start

AI requires a verified email account, remaining checks, and the Allow AI filters consent checkbox. One check evaluates one eligible item against one description. The 500-check signup allowance does not reset. Word and number filters remain available without an account.

Sign-in or email problems

Check spam and allow time for the verification code. Use Send a new code after its cooldown. The current sender is no-reply@auth.jaktplugg.se. ListSift support will never ask for your password or verification code.

Clear stored extension data

Open ListSift Settings, expand Privacy & supported pages, and choose Clear local extension data. This signs out and removes locally stored consent and settings. It does not create a new AI allowance or automatically delete the server account. For account deletion, email support from the account address.
